Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Train owners and guests on our Campsaround platform
• Tackle incoming calls, emails, and messages across various platforms (including social media!)
• Work with hosts to make sure bookings are seamless
• Gather feedback to recommend new product features
• Build and update our help desk for different processes
• Expand our host database and conduct market research for fresh ideas
