The Network Engineer we are looking for, will be a technician able to plan, roll out and debug advanced networking scenarios for the company and its clients. Mentoring and guidance of the junior technicians alongside with confidence in technical decision-making are key elements of the job.

More specifically, as Network Engineer, you will:

• Provide expert level knowledge and experience in one or more areas: Networking with WAN technologies (Remote Access, QoS, VPN), Networking with LAN/WLAN technologies (VLANs, Spanning Tree, VoIP and Wireless technologies), as well as routing protocols such as, OSPF, and BGP.
• Participate in the design, implementation, administration, and support of WizzIT and client's IT network infrastructure.
• Perform network maintenance.
• Work with Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, HPE – Aruba, Dell, and many other vendors equipment.
• Design and maintain complex network scenarios in physical and virtualized infrastructure (both cloud and on premises).
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Support and improve efficiency of network infrastructures.
• Diagnose network faults and handle advanced troubleshooting issues.
• Analyze network requirements and provide consulting services to presales.
• Offer mentoring and technical guidance to L1 Network and Security Engineers.
• Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Maintain expert level knowledge of various vertical areas of functionality and technology within IT engineering technologies.
