We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to oversee and streamline administrative processes in our dynamic workplace!

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring efficient use of time
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Facilitate the publication of content in magazines or other media platforms
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Respond to questionnaires and other inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage email correspondence and prioritize communications
  • Facilitate the publication of content in magazines or other media platforms
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize office processes

Basic Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Efficiency, multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially  in creating presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skill

Good to have

  • High school diploma, degree in Tourism
