Signaal Hellas S.A. was established in 1999 as a highly specialised company which designs, produces, maintains and upgrades software, operating in Real Time environment for the execution of mission critical tasks. Such systems include signal processing units and sensors (e.g. radar and electro-optical devices), weapon systems, command and control systems, information networks, communication systems and simulators.

Signaal Hellas provides complete software solutions, undertaking all phases of production from the definition of specifications and requirements up to and including training and maintenance thus covering the complete "Life Cycle" of a product.

Signaal Hellas holds a remarkable position in the production of software for defence systems and a major part of its production is intended for national and international defence programs.
