About the Role

As a NOC Engineer, you will be part of a motivated team whose goal is to ensure our customers’ access networks are secure and operational. You will need to be comfortable being part of the first line operation team and complying with defined procedures. Finally, this role includes day and night shifts as our NOC services include 24*7 coverage.

• Closely monitor customers’ networks and systems equipment
• Respond promptly to alarms, diagnose and resolve faults effectively
• Collect data and escalate incidents within a targeted timeframe
• Implement customer change requests
• Issue tickets to vendors and/or internal technical teams, and follow up until closure
• Carry out routine network performance checks and maintenance tasks
• Maintain documentation and network inventory records
