We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team and to ensure that our customers get the most out of our technology.
This is a role that combines technology and data manipulation with supply chain business knowledge. You will tackle complex issues related to the supply chain and develop quantitative strategies. You will propose strategies on your clients that you will execute on a daily basis, trying to make the best use of all the available data. You will refine these strategies over time, to align them with the needs of your customers.

What will your typical day to day look like? You will:
- Analyze data and gain in-depth understanding of the customers’ business.
- Carry out rigorous data quality control for incoming data.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct investigations on the driving forces of the performance.
- Propose development of new platform features that are in accordance with customers' strategic goals.
- Design methodologies to automate analysis procedures.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients regarding performance and offer support as needed with occasional travel.
- Participate in workshops, mapping customers' procedures, and offering consultation.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights for developers.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Good SQL, MS Excel skills or familiarity with any programming language.
- A strong interest in data and quantitative analysis in general.
- A perfect command of English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated candidates, self-confident and with a “hands on” attitude.
- Quick learning abilities and understanding of technology and business concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Information Systems or another analytical discipline.

- Supply chain and retail industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
