Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent / Professional command of English language (oral and written).
  • Excellent computer skills (Web Browsers, Email Clients, Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, tables etc.).
  • MobiWeb operates a 24/7 support model so the ability to work night shift and weekends is required.

This position requires dealing directly with customers by telephone and electronically. Job holders will be responsible to respond promptly to customer inquiries / support requests and resolve customer complaints.

  • Excellent / Professional command of 2nd foreign language (oral and written) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
