FlexAuto is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in our offices at Rome, Italy. This is a unique opportunity for an entry-level position within the fastest growing Greek scale-up company and one of the fastest in Europe.

 

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for expanding our ever-increasing clientele. The position entails an active involvement in all necessary actions to maximize the sales conversion rate. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, addressing their inquiries, negotiating agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs.

  • Grow existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals.
  • Have direct communication with customers regarding incoming requests to close deals and develop strong and trusting relationships.
  • Understand customers' requirements in order to negotiate win-win contracts.
  • Assist in organizing and executing processes to serve our customers quickly and well.
  • Fully comprehend what we offer and provide clients with detailed and accurate information.
  • Support the sales team internally by providing assistance and support to ensure the team operates at maximum.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with various stakeholders within a startup environment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
  •  Results oriented attitude with passion for closing deals, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude.
  • Customer-first mindset and proven ability to commit to your work.
  • Versatile and Organized: Enjoy a varied day that involves a mix of communications, organization, and direct customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Education: University Degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics from a top tier university in Italy or abroad.
