STRATIS is actively engaged both with the public and the private sector, with primary field of activities, the provision of Technical and Managerial/Administrative support to organizations- final beneficiaries of various national and European Programmes (Community Support Framework (CSF), ESPA, INTERREG, URBACT, MED etc.)- for the planning and the implementation of R&D projects in a wide range of fields (Information Technology and Communication, Environment, Culture, Tourism etc.).

Within these frameworks, STRATIS also undertakes relevant projects such as the preparation of Business Plans, Project Proposals for submission in various funding Programs, Requests for Proposals, Technical Specifications, Training Needs Analysis and Feasibility studies

With regards to ICT applications, STRATIS has implemented projects in the fields of Electronic Government, Broadband Wireless and MAN networks, Geographical Information Systems, Cultural-Touristic Portals, e-Care/ e-Health applications for Disabled and Aged persons, e-Commerce etc.

Significant fields of activities are also the areas of Employment and Vocational Training, Consulting Support to Businesses and Publicity Projects. STRATIS has gained substantial experience from the Third (2000 – 2006) & the Fourth (2007 – 2013) Programming Periods by having designed (preparation of Project Proposals) and implemented a large number of projects within the framework of national and European Funding Programmes, co-operating with final beneficiaries such as Regions, Local Government Organizations (LGOs), Social and Professional bodies etc.
