I&G Theodorakis is the technical, tourism and commercial arm of the Theta Group. It was founded in 1977 by the brothers Ioannis Theodorakis Civil Engineer and Georgios Theodorakis Architectural Engineer.

The company has carried out studies for numerous building projects such as urban and country houses and apartment buildings, while special buildings such as hotels, industrial buildings, cinemas, theatres, spiritual centres, churches, professional spaces, office buildings, etc. are part of its assets. It has undertaken the construction of apartment buildings, private and public works, such as public utility networks, water supply, sewerage, underground utilities, etc.).

It is also active in the provision of real estate development services, real estate valuation, real estate tax calculation services, property values, real estate distributions and as a technical consultant to banks, local authorities, the Archdiocese of Crete, and the Monastery Property Management Organization.
