What does a typical day look like? You will be involved in the full spectrum of HR consulting projects in Executive Search and Talent Management which include:
- Resume screening and decoding
- Coordination of applicants and scheduling interviews
- Communication with candidates
- Sourcing and outreaching passive applicants
- Matching positions with candidates
- Development of candidate reports
- Participating in Talent Management projects’ teams
- Contributing to business development and marketing campaigns
- Participating in internal meetings
- Project administrative Support

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
We are looking for a passionate individual that combines soft skills with basic business knowledge. Specifically, the candidate should have the following traits:

- Good understanding of the HR field and functions
- Being self-driven, goal-setter and achievements-orientated
